A memorial brick is the perfect way to honor that special Seabee family member or friend in your life – a thoughtful gift that will permanently display their name and honor their service to their country.

Memorial Bricks

Providing a place to permanently recognize and honor loved ones, both present and past, memorial bricks are available at the U.S. Navy Seabee Museum in Port Hueneme, CA and the Seabee Memorial Plaza in Gulfport, MS. These decorative bricks showcase the ‘Can Do’ spirit of the Seabees and the Civil Engineer Corps, still strong and vital after six decades of helping preserve our nation’s freedom, protect our interests and create a safer, better world.

Each brick is individually crafted of the finest quality. Customize your brick with your own special message. It can be a tribute to a former or current Seabee, a Seabee unit, your own service or any other appropriate text.

  • Each brick can have three lines with up to 20 characters (including spacing) per line.
  • Lettering will be centered on bricks in capital letters.
  • Letters are laser etched in black for durability and beauty.
  • The cost of each brick is $125.

In Gulfport, over 7,000 paving bricks are available for engraving and will form the heart of the Plaza, which will also become the entry point to the Seabee Heritage Center, and over 1,000 inscribed bricks are currently in place.

The 13,000 bricks available at Port Hueneme are used to pave the entry walkway to the new building housing the U.S. Navy Seabee Museum, where over 7,000 engraved bricks are already in place.
